Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

The Role

Assist in the Requirements Management process with a lead role in creation of user stories, test scenarios, test cases

Participate in Sprint Planning and establish acceptance criteria

Prepare and Manage Test Environment

Manage and Execute Test Cases

Manage UAT Process

Ensure High-quality Delivery and Deployment

Communicate effectively with all process stakeholders

What we expect from you

Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology / Master of Computer Application degree from a reputed institution, and with high scores

5+ years’ experience with test case creation and execution, with 5+ years in manual testing of large-scale enterprise systems and consumer applications

Experience of delivering a Test Automaton Strategy within a Continuous Delivery release approach. In-depth understanding of automated frameworks and policies in an Agile environment. Experience establishing the development, planning and execution of automated performance, stress, fault-tolerance and longevity tests

Strong Agile development methodology experience and knowledge of quality assurance in Agile environment

Creating and executing test plans

Extensive experience tracking defects

Understanding of non-functional requirements and quality assurance

Experience working closely with the business to deliver high-quality applications

Experience of delivering a Test Automaton Strategy within a Continuous Delivery release approach

Strong QA metrics and measurements experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to coordinate work in a virtual environment with available remote working tools and technologies
