The Role

We are seeking a high-impact AVP – Enterprise Product Sales to lead global sales initiatives for our proprietary digital products and SaaS solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new enterprise customer acquisition, scaling product-led growth, and enabling strategic expansion into key verticals. You’ll act as the voice of the customer while also playing a key role in shaping our go-to-market product strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Product Sales Strategy : Define and lead the global sales strategy for Millipixels’ enterprise-grade digital products and SaaS offerings.
  • New Customer Acquisition : Identify and close new enterprise clients across industries by articulating product value propositions that solve critical business problems.
  • Solution & Consultative Selling : Understand customer requirements deeply and align product capabilities to their needs through consultative, value-based sales approaches.
  • Sales Pipeline Ownership : Build, manage, and convert a high-quality sales pipeline while forecasting accurately and consistently exceeding targets.
  • Product-Market Feedback Loop : Collaborate with product and engineering teams by sharing client feedback, competitive insights, and market trends to improve product fit.
  • Strategic Account Expansion : Work closely with customer success and delivery teams to grow existing accounts and drive adoption, upsells, and renewals.
  • Pricing & Commercial Strategy : Lead deal structuring, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation to align with both client value and business profitability.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with marketing, product, and delivery teams to develop campaigns, enablement tools, and scalable sales playbooks.




What You’ll Bring?

  • 10+ years of enterprise product/SaaS sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or strategic leadership role.
  • Proven success in selling software products or platforms to enterprise clients with multi-million-dollar deal sizes.
  • Deep understanding of B2B product sales cycles, value-based selling, and stakeholder mapping across complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across functions and influence product strategy based on market demands.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms; HubSpot or Salesforce preferred.
