DevOps Engineer

As a DevOps Engineer at Millipixels, you will play a critical role in building scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure for our clients. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable cloud-based solutions while embedding best-in-class DevOps and security practices throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Design, build, and manage fully automated CI/CD pipelines using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Guide internal teams and clients on best-fit DevOps tooling and implementation strategies.
• Deploy cloud-native applications using blue-green, canary, or brownfield deployment methodologies.
• Conduct internal security audits, mitigate findings, and implement continuous improvements.
• Lead and support security reviews, audits, and vulnerability assessments.
• Develop and manage security infrastructure systems and policies in a multi-cloud global environment.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain infrastructure performance using observability and logging tools.
• Perform routine infrastructure maintenance and resolve issues not requiring application code changes.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure security and compliance by design.

• Strong experience in cloud-native DevOps (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Deep understanding of DevOps principles and continuous delivery.Hands-on with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar tools.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration: Docker & Kubernetes.
• Proficient in configuring CI/CD pipelines using Git, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible.
• Familiarity with modern monitoring and logging stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK,etc.).
• Exposure to Policy-as-Code (PaC) using tools like Azure Policy or OPA.
• Strong knowledge of code review and security scanning tools.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and client interaction.
• Experience with Agile development environments and tools like Azure DevOps.

• Exposure to MLOps, particularly deploying and monitoring machine learning models in production environments.
