Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Marketing.

The Director of Marketing at Millipixels will lead the marketing team and drive the company’s marketing strategy, combining both strategic oversight and hands-on execution. The incumbent will be responsible for market planning, marketing management, market research, marketing, sales, and other related tasks. They will create and execute marketing strategies, manage marketing campaigns, conduct market research, and drive sales growth.

This role encompasses responsibilities for Brand Management, Digital marketing, overseeing Content creation with content team, Lead generation, and overall marketing operations. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and results-driven marketing professional with a proven track record in the technology or outsourcing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Millipixels’ growth objectives and market opportunities.
  • Oversee the development of marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Set marketing goals and KPIs, and track performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Brand Management:
  • Maintain and enhance Millipixels’ brand image and reputation in the market.
  • Develop brand positioning and messaging strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Conduct brand audits and monitor brand perception.
Digital Marketing:
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Optimize online presence through effective use of digital channels and tools.
  • Analyze and report on digital marketing performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
Content Marketing:
  • Develop a content strategy that supports marketing and business goals.
  • Oversee the creation, editing, and management of high-quality content including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and more.
  • Ensure content is optimized for search engines and aligned with brand messaging.
Lead Generation:
  • Implement lead generation strategies to build and nurture a robust sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align lead generation activities with sales objectives.
  • Track and analyze lead generation metrics and optimize campaigns for better performance.
Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing marketing team.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages creativity and innovation.
  • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Monitor spending and ROI for all marketing activities and campaigns.

Qualifications

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably in the technology or outsourcing industry.

Skills

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong brand management and digital marketing expertise.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics).
