We’re on the lookout for an exceptional LangGraph Developer to join our cutting-edge AI development team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of LLM application design, developing stateful, multi-agent systems using LangGraph. You will architect intelligent workflows that enable complex reasoning, memory handling, and structured agent collaboration across a variety of use cases.

• Design and build stateful agent workflows using LangGraph to solve real-world challenges.
• Collaborate with prompt engineers, data scientists, and product stakeholders to create modular, scalable LLM applications.
• Develop graph-based architectures to orchestrate interactions between language models, tools, and memory components.
• Integrate external APIs, databases, and vector stores into LangGraph-based pipelines.
• Optimize systems for latency, performance, and cost in a production-grade environment.
• Test, debug, and monitor LangGraph workflows to ensure reliability and accuracy.
• Clearly document agent behaviors, architecture, and node logic for internal knowledge sharing.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with LangGraph and LangChain frameworks.
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) like GPT-4, Claude, or open-source models such as Mistral, LLaMA.
• Understanding of state machines, DAGs, or orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Prefect).
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, agent design, and memory architectures.
• Experience with integrating APIs, webhooks, and third-party tools.

• Experience working with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma).
• Hands-on experience building multi-agent systems or autonomous agents (e.g., AutoGPT, CrewAI, AgentOps).
• Academic or industry background in AI/ML, natural language processing (NLP), or computational linguistics.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a systems-thinking approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills—able to explain complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative, and experimental environments.
