Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned Principal Architect with extensive experience in Full Stack Development and Mobile Application Development. In this role, you will define the technical vision, drive architectural decisions, and lead a team of talented developers to design and implement robust, scalable, and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the overall architectural vision for projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Lead the design and development of scalable, reliable, and secure Full Stack applications and Mobile solutions.
  • Evaluate and recommend modern technologies, frameworks, and platforms to enhance the development process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and QA to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for coding, architecture, and technical documentation.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the engineering team.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance assessments to ensure highquality deliverables.
  • Monitor emerging trends in Full Stack and Mobile development and assess their potential impact on the company.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 5 years in an architectural leadership role.

Technical Expertise

  • Full Stack Development: Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, .NET).
  • Mobile Development: Hands-on experience with native (Swift, Kotlin) and cross-platform frameworks (React Native, Flutter).
  • Cloud Platforms: Expertise in cloud architecture and services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
  • Database Management: Strong understanding of relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases.
