The Role

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Sales Development Representative. The Senior Sales Development Representative will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication, sales, and business development. They will collaborate with the executive team to identify and qualify leads, conduct market research, build and maintain relationships with prospects, and drive revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients through various channels (social media, industry publications, online research).
  • Perform advanced lead generation and qualification tasks, handling more complex and high-value prospects.
  • Generate leads through outbound activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach, as well as personalised outreach strategies to engage senior-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and potential fit with Millipixels’ services.
  • Use qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC) to assess lead quality.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Ensure smooth handoff of leads to Account Executives or Senior Sales Representatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior SDRs, sharing best practices and techniques.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new SDRs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities in the CRM system (HubSpot)
  • Track and report on lead generation metrics and outcomes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Identify areas for improvement in lead generation processes and strategies.
  • Collaborate with the SDR Manager to implement enhancements and optimize performance.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation activities with marketing campaigns.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
