We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and contribute to overall business growth. You will work cross-functionally with content creators, web developers, and other marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into every aspect of our digital presence.

• Strategic SEO Planning: Develop and execute an SEO strategy that aligns with business goals, conducts competitor analysis, and track KPIs like organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
• On-Page Optimization: Optimize site structure, URLs, meta tags, headers, and content for target keywords, ensuring SEO compliance through regular audits and collaboration with content teams.
• Off-Page SEO & Link Building: Implement link-building strategies, foster relationship for backlinks, and manage the backlink profile to ensure quality and avoid toxic links.
• Technical SEO: Conduct site audits for crawlability, indexability, and mobile responsiveness, improve site speed, resolve technical issues, and collaborate with developers for SEO enhancements.
• Keyword Research and Analysis: Identify high-value keywords through research, track trends for seasonal and evergreen keywords, and maintain an updated target keyword database for ongoing optimization.
• Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to monitor performance, prepare monthly reports on key metrics, and analyze data for continuous improvement.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Work cross-functionally with web developers, designers, and content teams to meet SEO goals, support marketing campaigns, and train team members on SEO best practices.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in SEO, with a solid understanding of both on-page and off-page optimization.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge, including experience with website audits, site speed optimization, and schema markup.
• Expertise in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
• Proficiency in keyword research, content strategy, and competitive analysis.
• Experience in link-building strategies and maintaining a healthy backlink profile.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to generate actionable insights from data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles is a plus.
• A passion for staying up to date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.

• Experience with eCommerce SEO or local SEO is a plus.
• Knowledge of additional digital marketing areas such as paid search, social media, and content marketing.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or similar.
