Key challenges

The platform needed a unified experience for different users, each working in different contexts. It had to simplify complex fleet data, support AI-assisted route planning, align desktop and mobile workflows, and give users control without adding operational friction.

Our approach

Millipixels mapped user journeys across service centers, fleet managers, and field technicians. This helped define what each user needed to see, decide, and act on.
We then created a clear information architecture, high-fidelity prototypes, and a scalable design system to support both strategic oversight and field execution.
